Development of electronic identification of patients in a population health cohort who would receive maximum benefit from pharmacist interventions.
I chose to complete my second year of residency at UNC because of the multitude of opportunities available to residents. The ambulatory care specialty residency at UNC offers experiences in some of the most progressive ambulatory care clinics in the nation run by Clinical Pharmacist Practitioners. In addition, there are a variety of opportunities available for precepting learners, academic rotations, and research. I chose this program because of my interest in pursuing a career as faculty at a School of Pharmacy. I am very fortunate to train at an institution that focuses heavily on advancing the practice of pharmacy, education, and most importantly patient care.
