Vancomycin Pharmacokinetic Parameters Using Peak and Trough Concentrations in Patients Admitted to The Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit

I was initially drawn to the UNC residency program because of the great opportunities in clinical practice, research, and teaching at an institution with a strong pharmacy presence. I love that UNC provides a well-organized and structured program, but also has built-in flexibility to individualize learning. Not only has UNC met my expectations and beyond for its clinical opportunities, I truly appreciate the supportive environment from both the preceptors and my co-residents. Everyone has an invested interest in the residents' growth as a clinical practitioner. I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity to complete my residency at UNC, and am proud to be a part of the UNC family!
