Influence of single-dose antibiotic on early-onset ventilator associated pneumonia

I was initially drawn to UNC for many reasons including the progressive practice, history of innovation, and wealth of opportunities for professional and personal growth. There is a unique atmosphere of synergy here that pushes each resident to achieve their individual goals in the context of a team-based learning environment. This allows each resident to have a personalized experience that is facilitated by preceptors that are experts in their field and desire the success of each resident. I am incredibly blessed to be part of the UNC family and have the privilege of working alongside a health care team that clearly understands the value of pharmacy in patient care.
