Pharmacy School: MCPHS University - Boston

PGY1: Assessing the Use of Procalcitonin in Critically-Ill Patients with Sepsis or Septic Shock
PGY2: Evaluation of Melatonin Practices for Delirium in Pediatric Critically Ill Patients
After completing pharmacy school and PGY1 residency training in the Northeast I was looking for a PGY2 program that would provide me with a different perspective on pharmacy practice. UNC has a strong reputation of pharmacy advancement, where the pharmacist serves as a respected member of the multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient-centered care. This progressive pharmacy model, along with the emphasis on education and research, were just a few of the many reasons I was drawn to UNC.
