UNC is able to offer their residents so many opportunities in leadership, research, teaching, and clinical practice and many of these opportunities are thanks to the highly dedicated preceptors at UNC. Despite having such a large class of residents the UNC Pharmacy Residency programs are able to provide an invaluable education to each resident. I am impressed with UNC's commitment to both the personal and professional mentorship of all of their residents. UNC also has a reputation for progressive pharmacy practice. In even just a short time at UNC it was clear to me how valued pharmacy is. Pharmacists are encouraged and supported to practice at the height of their licenses. I am grateful for the opportunity to complete my residency training at UNC.
