Making Epidural Care Safe at UNC: Evaluation of implemented standardized epidural orders

Why UNC

The HSPAL residency at UNC is committed to developing well-rounded, compassionate clinical pharmacists and dynamic leaders capable of overseeing operations and services across the entire medication use process. As an HSPAL resident, I am integrated in robust patient care and operational opportunities at both the Medical Center and at the system-level. I am also able to tap in a network of an expanding cohort of HSPAL residents across the multiple health-systems through the UNC MS program, as well as learning from distinguished pharmacy leaders. Ultimately, one of the main factors that drew me to UNC is their indisputable commitment to foster a supportive environment for its residents and putting their wellbeing and individual growth at its forefront. The community of my coresidents, residency leadership, preceptors, and pharmacy administration and staff are each invested in my journey. I am confident that the experiences I gain throughout my time at UNC as a resident will contribute tremendously to the trajectory of my pharmacy career.
