I believe that UNC is the pinnacle of pharmacy practice. The pharmacists here are highly valued and given much responsibility, which allows me to practice at a high standard. Mentorship plays a huge role in this program, and the preceptors care about the progress that residents make not only professionally but personally. UNC prepares residents to be impactful leaders and teachers, as there are two certificate programs for both. The skills that I develop at UNC will help me influence the profession of pharmacy wherever my career path takes me.
