Maternal and fetal outcomes with perinatal use of buprenorphine/naloxone combination products
I chose UNC because the program had everything I was looking for in a psychiatric PGY-2 residency. First and foremost, the welcoming, supportive environment is second-to-none. Specifically from a psychiatric standpoint, the pharmacy faculty cannot be beat! The UNC “pharmily” is big, but the program is tailored to individual resident goals and needs. I was pleased to see integrated psychiatric services within more traditional medical settings as well. Finally, the inpatient perinatal unit at UNC Hospital provided a unique opportunity for my research interests. I'm very pleased with my decision and would do it again in a heartbeat.
