Why UNC

I’m truly excited about coming home to my Tar Heel pharmily for my PGY2 year. What stands out to me about UNC is the supportive environment that pushes trainees to grow while also feeling part of a community. I’m inspired by how pharmacists are embraced as integral members of the care team and encouraged to practice at the top of their license. I’m also drawn to the many opportunities to step outside my comfort zone—whether that’s through teaching, leadership, or research—that will challenge me to keep growing both personally and professionally.
