Why UNC

The health-system pharmacy administration and leadership (HSPAL) residency at UNC is committed to developing well-rounded clinical pharmacists and experienced leaders capable of overseeing operations and services across the entire medication use process. With an established and respected presence in the health system, the pharmacy team delivers exceptional and innovative patient care across an integrated care delivery network. In addition, the Master of Science degree from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy would allow me to learn from distinguished pharmacy leaders in a cohort of HSPAL residents from across the nation. All of this being said, the driving factor in my decision to pursue a residency at UNC was the supportive culture. The Tar Heel family is full of passionate and ambitious individuals that advocate for your well-being and are eager to help you succeed in all that you do. I was confident that their mentorship and support would empower me to achieve both my professional and personal goals.
