The UNC Medical Center health-system pharmacy administration residency program is committed to providing both a strong clinical foundation, as well as an exceptional leadership experience. The program affords residents the opportunity to work hands on with the leadership team, gaining valuable experiences in the complexities of a growing academic medical center and health system, partnered with the top ranked UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. As pharmacy practice continues to advance, it is essential that hospital and health-system leadership maintain a dedication to optimizing practice and the pharmacy practice model, as evident at UNC. The UNC Department of Pharmacy is clearly committed to the residency program, and the growth and success of residents. I am excited to see where my experience with UNC enables my career and professional involvement to grow.
