As a previous intern and student at UNC, I was able to see how important the pharmacists are to the practice model at the Medical Center. The integration and significant responsibilities of the pharmacists within the medical team truly elevates pharmacy practice.
Additionally, UNC encourages professional growth through multiple certificate programs, and my goals for this year include progressing as a teacher and a leader. All of these qualities drew me to UNC, but the support network and focus on personal development is what made me want to continue learning at UNC.
