I was drawn to UNC's residency program because of the diversity of critical care rotations, the passionate and caring preceptors, and the countless teaching opportunities available to its residents. UNC has a strong pharmacy culture that enables its residents to practice at the top of their license and to become an integral part of the healthcare team. All of these qualities combined with the progressive research model, individualized mentorship, and focus on both personal and professional growth make UNC an ideal environment to develop into a dynamic and successful clinical pharmacist.
