PGY1: Comparison of acute kidney injury in pediatric patients on vancomycin with concomitant piperacillin-tazobactam versus other antipseudomonal beta-lactam antibiotics
I had been an intern and rotating student at UNC Medical Center, so I saw firsthand the level at which our pharmacists practice. We are completely integrated into the team, creating the ideal atmosphere for growth in our individual practice. My experiences at UNC proved to me that this program values their learners and wants nothing more for them to grow into the best professionals and pharmacy leaders that they can be.
