There are many reasons why I chose to complete my residency training at UNC. I wanted a program that would allow me to grow into a knowledgeable, capable, and confident clinical practitioner, but also develop myself further as a teacher, leader, and researcher. I was impressed with UNC's focus on developing well-rounded practitioners that will serve as catalysts for change in the profession. I immediately felt at home on my interview day and knew that these individuals would push, encourage, and support me through the challenging, yet extremely rewarding residency experience. I am proud to call myself a Pharmacy Tar Heel!
