Why UNC

How to put into words what I love the most about this program?! I chose UNC as it was clear that this challenging, yet rewarding training program provides opportunities to become a dynamic practitioner who incorporates breakthrough treatment strategies into patient care and empowers patients in their healthcare journeys. It cultivates clinicians with vast clinical knowledge and eagerness to bridge care gaps. The Department of Pharmacy at UNCMC is absolutely incredible and I hope to be a fraction of the pharmacist they are when I grow up! They wholeheartedly train residents to treat patients with empathy, integrate into multidisciplinary teams seamlessly, evaluate our patients critically and holistically, and lead the way in leadership.
