Evaluation of a test-dose strategy for pharmacokinetically-guided dosing for patients undergoing blood and marrow transplant with myeloablative busulfan conditioning
I chose UNC for a variety of reasons, but most importantly were the people, the rotations, and the dedication to patient care. Pharmacists at UNC are integral members of the healthcare team and are committed to innovative pharmacy practice. UNC offers rotations in many different areas of hematology/oncology, and I knew I would receive the training I needed to become a well-rounded oncology pharmacy specialist. However, it was truly the people that drew me to UNC. Preceptors and residents are dedicated to mentorship, support you throughout your residency, and make you feel like part of the “UNC Family”.
