Why UNC
I chose UNC for both objective and subjective reasons. I am excited to train with top clinicians and administrators and learn in an environment that promotes innovation. UNC also allows its residents to make a longlasting difference by including us in impactful projects and initiatives. Moreover, the ability to collaborate with other health-system pharmacy administrative residents from all over the state and with Massachusetts during our didactic learning gives me the opportunity to train with leaders from different institutions and expand my networks to residents across the country. But the biggest reason why I chose UNC was the culture--the wonderful support and genuine desire for my success shown by preceptors, directors, and all of my co-residents has not only created a network to promote my personal and professional growth, but has also given me a family here at UNC.
