When deciding where to pursue residency for health-system pharmacy administration, I wanted a program where I could develop a strong clinical foundation and train in an environment of institutional growth and change. UNC excels in all of these elements alongside having a departmental culture of family and constant support. I am extremely grateful to be part of such a well-rounded program and am confident that training at UNC will provide me with the tools necessary to be an effective leader to advance the profession of pharmacy.
