Advancing Clinical Pharmacy Practice in North Carolina: A Pre/Post Implementation and Impact Assessment of H67 at UNC Health

Why UNC

I chose UNC for their commitment to educating well rounded clinical pharmacists and for their dedication to resident wellness. UNC has an incredibly diverse selection of inpatient and outpatient rotations to help further develop residents' clinical skills and help us learn to be the best pharmacists that we can be. They are dedicated to pushing residents outside of their comfort zones while also supporting them and guiding them every step of the way. UNC also offers ample opportunities for leadership and networking. Through the HSPAL Master's cohort, residents are able to learn and work with residents from all over the country! The resident community also drew me to UNC. Everyone is welcoming and makes time for each other even with the challenges of residency. I knew UNC was the perfect place to grow as a leader, clinician, and person the second I interviewed here!
