Creation and Implementation of a Pharmacy Based Value Management System

My long-term professional goal is to combine my educational background in health administration and pharmacy as well as my interest in patient advocacy and health service delivery within a clinical practice setting as a pharmacy administrator.  The University of North Carolina pharmacy administration residency program has a very unique practice model that afford these opportunities.  As a program that emphasizes and fosters the development of well-rounded clinical leaders, I believe that the skills obtained throughout this training will prepare me to be an effective leader and to further advance the practice of pharmacy and overall patient care.  I am extremely grateful to be part of the University of North Carolina family.
