Developing and validating health indicators for a health equity scorecard for ambulatory care pharmacy practice within UNC Health Triangle West

Why UNC

There were a countless number of things that positively stood out to me about UNC--the biggest being the continuous commitment to and emphasis on developing authentic, well-rounded leaders and pharmacists. I knew I wanted to be a part of a larger, established Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency class, but I also wanted to ensure that I would be able to grow into the leader I want and am meant to be. Of course, another reason has to be the people; it's hard not to be drawn to a place where I could sense genuine passion for leadership and moving the profession of pharmacy forward, and I so clearly saw that in UNC. The people also contribute significantly to the supportive culture surrounding the residency program. Well-being and resiliency are intertwined throughout everything we do as a resident and class! If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to reach out!
