Impact of pharmacist interventions related to safety of long-term corticosteroid use in myasthenia gravis patients

I was attracted to UNC because of the wide variety of learning opportunities offered at this residency program. With a large selection of rotations, the ability to complete a teaching and leadership certificate, and mentoring opportunities through the school of pharmacy, the program fosters the development of pharmacists that are both successful clinicians and educators. Additionally, the pharmacy department here at UNC functions under a collaborative team atmosphere where pharmacists are not only committed to their personal responsibilities, but to the success of their colleagues as well. Finally, the program places a strong emphasis on personal well-being, providing resources to residents to ensure they are thriving both physically and mentally outside of their residency responsibilities.
