Rotation Title

The Health System Leadership rotation has been designed to provide advanced knowledge and background to Health-System Pharmacy practice. The learner will become an integral part of the functional teams involved within the current areas of responsibility. Based on the myriad of areas available, each rotation is geared to the professional and personal goals set forth by individual learners. In addition to opportunities to further develop writing, speaking, clinical, teamwork, and leadership skills, the learner will leave the rotation with an appreciation of their “core self” and its impact on developing a lifelong career.  Overall philosophy on planning/strategy development in conjunction with our Value Management System (Quality Leadership Methodology) will be an integral aspect of assuring the Department is being a steward of resources in alignment with the mission and vision of UNC Health Care System.
