Benign Hematology/Coagulation Consult

Rotation Description

The Benign Hematology/Coagulation Consult rotation is a learning experience in which the resident will develop skills associated with the management of patients with benign hematologic disorders and/or difficult coagulation management. Learners will get a chance to develop their skills in anticoagulation, clotting factor concentrate management, patient counseling, and therapeutic drug monitoring. Learners will also get the experience of being a pharmacist on a consult team.
