Rotation Description
During this rotation, residents will have the opportunity to learn more about clinical management within acute and ambulatory care practice. They will also learn more about the coordination of our residency programs and academic support for student rotations. This rotation focuses on pharmacy leadership, human resources, performance management, strategic planning, policy development, and project management. The resident will learn more about our pharmacy practice model and how this is integrated into the overall department including how we integrate residents and learners into the model.
