Rotation Description
Shared rotation with Randy Braun and Killian Rodgers to explore Automation and Technology. Residents will spend time with the Pharmacy Automation and Technology Team- Triangle West. Topics discussed include advantages of ADCs in pharmacy operational workflow at entity level and integration with other Pharmacy technology and automation at the systems level. ADC optimization will be discussed, and resident will gain knowledge of best practice considerations and challenges with this process. Resident will be able to understand process for evaluation of needs for new acute and clinic spaces with regard to automation/ADC PRN.
