TarHeal Wellness Podcast
Welcome to TarHeal Wellness, the resident wellness podcast!
From the University of North Carolina Hospitals Office of Graduate Medical Education, the podcast explores the world of medical residency through interviews with current and former residents and experts in various wellness topics, including self-care, career decisions, professional and social relationships, and much more. Though expressed through UNC Hospitals residents, topics are relatable to trainees across the world.
Medical training can be both fulfilling and uniquely challenging. TarHeal Wellness was created to be both a resource and platform to discuss, learn about, and work through the trials and triumphs of resident life, strengthening the bonds shared in the medical trainee community at UNC and beyond.
