GME Specialists

GME specialists are responsible for maintaining residents’ and subspecialty residents’ training records and handling matters relating to their appointments including payroll and benefits, licensure, notary services, and foreign medical graduates.

Ms. Hill provides support and assistance to the Executive Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education, the Director of the Office of Graduate Medical Education, the Graduate Medical Education Committee, and the Housestaff Council. She is the primary contact person for questions regarding accreditation, affiliation agreements, ERAS, and the NRMP.

Ms. Santos is the primary contact for the following training programs: Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Medical Physics, Pharmacy, Pastoral Care, Physical Therapy/Neurologic, Physical Therapy/Orthopedics, Physical Therapy/Pediatrics.
