GME specialists are responsible for maintaining residents' and subspecialty residents' training records and handling matters relating to their appointments including payroll and benefits, licensure, loan deferments, notary services, and foreign medical graduates.

Ms. Wade is the primary contact for the following programs: Medical Genetics, Pediatrics and subspecialties, and Medicine/Pediatrics. She is also the primary contact person for questions regarding FreedomPay.
Kim Marks, GME Specialist
Ms. Marks is the primary contact for the following programs: Neurology and subspecialties, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Radiation Oncology, and Surgery and subspecialties.
Ginny Mays, Business & Operations Manager
Ms. Mays is the primary contact for the following programs: Internal Medicine and subspecialties, and Ophthalmology.
Siobhan Gallagher, GME Specialist
Ms. Gallagher is the primary contact for the following programs: Anesthesiology and subspecialties, Dermatology and subspecialties, Family Medicine and subspecialties, McLendon Labs, Pathology and subspecialties, Radiology and subspecialties, and Preventive Medicine.
Information System Specialist
Ms. Pounders is currently the primary contact for the following programs: Emergency Medicine and subspecialties and Psychiatry and subspecialties.
Marissa Wolff, GME Specialist
Ms Wolff currently assists the GME Specialists and handles Verifications and Public Service Loan Forgiveness Requests.
Carol Bazemore. Administrative Coordinator
Ms. Bazemore is currently the primary contact for the following programs: Ob/Gyn and subspecialties, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry, General Practice Residency, and the non-medical Training Programs
Business & Operations Manager

Ms. Mays monitors and reconciles financial accounts related to insurance premiums, operating budgets, billing and all other financial aspects of graduate medical education.
Business & Accreditation Manager
Ms. Hill provides support and assistance to the Executive Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education, the Director of the Office of Graduate Medical Education, the Graduate Medical Education Committee, and the Housestaff Council. She is the primary contact person for questions regarding accreditation, affiliation agreements, ERAS, and the NRMP.
Ms. Bazemore maintains documentation regarding duty hours and reimbursement. She is the primary contact person for questions regarding MedHub evaluations and scheduling. She supports the Moonlighting, Duty Hours, and Institutional Requirements Subcommittees of the Graduate Medical Education Committee.
Information System Specialist
Ms. Pounders manages the official GME communication and information systems, drives quality improvement initiatives called for by changing ACGME requirements for institutional accreditation, provides education and training support to users at all levels throughout the UNCH GME program, and supports the Accreditation and Credentialing Processes.
