Bereavement Services

Grief is the expected, natural, and often unwelcome experience that follows a loss. Through the Department of Pastoral Care, Bereavement Services offers support to families or individuals who have experienced a loss through one-on-one communication, providing resources, and connecting to community resources for long-term support. If you are grieving and searching for support, please contact our chaplain, bereavement coordinator, or grief counselor. You will find:

  • Emotional support in a safe environment
  • An opportunity for healing in sharing your story
  • Space to explore coping skills to help you on difficult days
  • Resources to support you in your grief journey
  • Connection to community resources
  • Help talking with children about grief and loss
