Bereavement Services
Grief is the expected, natural, and often unwelcome experience that follows a loss. Through the Department of Pastoral Care, Bereavement Services offers support to families or individuals who have experienced a loss through one-on-one communication, providing resources, and connecting to community resources for long-term support. If you are grieving and searching for support, please contact our chaplain, bereavement coordinator, or grief counselor. You will find:
- Emotional support in a safe environment
- An opportunity for healing in sharing your story
- Space to explore coping skills to help you on difficult days
- Resources to support you in your grief journey
- Connection to community resources
- Help talking with children about grief and loss
