We are conveniently located near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and US-501, providing easy access for patients throughout the Triangle. Nearby businesses such as Sam’s Club, Target, and O2 Fitness can help guide you to our location. Our clinic is also accessible via I-40 and University Drive, which offer direct routes to downtown Durham and surrounding neighborhoods.

Free onsite parking is available directly in front of the building, and our facility is fully accessible to accommodate all patients. You’ll find University Physical Therapy – Durham on the 1st floor, Suite 110, with clear signage to guide you to your appointment. You will check in for your appointment in Suite 100 (Family Medicine), prior to coming to Suite 110.

About Us

University Physical Therapy is a faculty clinic that is staffed by faculty physical therapists at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Our team is board-certified in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, with additional fellowship training in orthopedic manual physical therapy and certification in dry needling. We specialize in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, helping both athletes and individuals across the lifespan regain mobility, strength, and overall well-being. In addition to patient care, faculty clinicians teach within the Division of Physical Therapy at UNC, participate in clinical research, and are engaged and clinical teaching and mentorship of student physical therapists and residents. Whether you're recovering from an injury or seeking to enhance your physical performance, we are here to support you every step of the way.
