Can I pay by check?
To pay by check, choose the “Send me an invoice/Bill me” option when you register. Write your check to “UNC Hospitals” and send it to:

What if the class I want is full?
Our classes often reach their registration capacity, so it is better to register early. If the class you want is full, please call 984-974-8882 to ask about waitlist options.
What if I registered and paid but did not receive a confirmation email?
Please call us at 984-974-8882.
If I only registered for a Maternity Tour or a class that has no fee, will I still get a confirmation email?
Yes. If you did not receive a confirmation email please call us at 984-974-8882.
What happens if I register and pay for a class that I no longer can attend?
If you are interested, we will try to find another class date that works for you. If you would like a refund, please see our Refund Policy below.
What should I do if it sounds like there will be adverse weather on the date of my class?
We make every effort to call and email all class participants if a class must be canceled or rescheduled. If you feel it is not safe to travel, please use your own judgment.
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
Refunds must be requested prior to the start date of the class. If requested prior to a class start date, an administrative fee of $5 will be retained of classes costing $35 or less; and $10 for classes over $35.
Refunds will not be given if the participant has attended the class or has attended one in a series of classes. Exceptions will be made if the birth of your baby happens prior to class ending date. In that situation, the cost of the class will be prorated.
Classes that are paid for by a credit card can be refunded back to that card only if original payment has not gone over 55 days, allow 4-5 business days to see the credit on your statement. Same applies to payments made by check or cash; but these will be refunded by check and mailed to the participant’s home. Please allow 6 weeks for process and mail delivery.
