Women’s Health Information Center
When you need information about a health condition, you can find free, expert help from health education specialists at the Women’s Health Information Center (WHIC). Services are available to anyone – not just UNC Medical Center patients.
The center, located just off the lobby of the N.C. Women’s Hospital, aims to give you the resources you need to make informed decisions about health care for you and your family. You’ll find printed materials, audiovisual resources and access to accurate, up-to-date informational websites. Some materials are available in Spanish. The center also coordinates many classes and support groups.
