Quality Performance

• During the past year, we exceeded our goal by screening 67% of at risk patients for breast cancer.
• During the past several years, we have achieved an overall reduction in Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections (CAUTI), and we aim to reduce the rate by another 5% by June 2016.
• Our goal is to continue to reduce our Deep Venous Thrombosis & Pulmonary Embolism (DVT/PE) rate and achieve a 10% reduction by June 2016.
• We have improved Depression Screening rates from 9% to 26% in the past 4 months.
• We have achieved a significant reduction in our overall 30-day readmission rate by implementing standard practice for patients at risk for readmission.
