Comments
  • Sample must be spun and aliquoted with 2 hours of collection.
  • For 12 hours before test, patients should not take multivitamins or dietary supplements containing biotin (B7).
  • Vedolizumab Antibody is reflexed when Vedolizumab result is <15.0 mcg/mL.
  • Nivolumab (Opdivo) must be discontinued at least 4 weeks prior to testing for vedolizumab quantitation in serum.
