Both quantitation and antibody testing will be done on all specimens.

Sample must be spun and aliquoted with 2 hours of collection.

For 12 hours before test, patients should not take multivitamins or dietary supplements containing biotin (B7).

Nivolumab (Opdivo) must be discontinued at least 4 weeks prior to testing for vedolizumab quantitation in serum.
