Method: Capillary electrophoresis or gel electrophoresis

-Immunofixation Electrophoresis is used for confirmation/identification of abnormal serum proteins.
-Samples must be received in Core Laboratory by 6:00 AM for same day testing.
-Multiple test requests with same sample type will require additional volumes for testing.
-Pediatric microcollection devices available from Phlebotomy Services
