  • As of November 2024, LabCorp no longer performs this testing in house, so same day turnaround is no longer available. Testing is sent to Mayo Clinic Laboratories via FedEx. Specimens received in the laboratory prior to 4pm on weekdays can be sent STAT with results expected the following day.
