The urine opiate screening test detects the presence of morphine and codeine at concentration of 300 ng/mL or greater. Other opiates, oxycodone, hydromorphone, and hydrocodone may be detected if present at sufficient concentrations. The opiate screen does not detect fentanyl or buprenorphine.
