Comments	Testing is intended for medical purposes only. This test should be used for screening purposes only. Methadone may be detected in the urine up to ~72 hours after last ingestion. The Siemens Atellica Methadone assay screening test detects the presence of methadone at a concentration of 300 ng/mL or greater; the methadone metabolite(EDDP) may also be detected. Methadone Confirmation testing should be considered for positive screens. Specimens containing preservatives are not acceptable.
