  • Diagnostic Test requires Hematopathology confirmation of active disease and sample with high disease load.  Acceptable samples include:  Fresh Bone Marrow Aspirate, peripheral blood, extracted DNA, FFPE scrolls or slides, or unstained bone marrow aspirate slides.  Please consult Hematopathologist for help in determining appropriate sample.
  • Follow-up testing is only appropriate if a dominant sequence was identified on initial Immunoglobulin MRD Sequence testing.  Acceptable sample:  peripheral blood collected in tan Streck tube.
  • Unacceptable sample:  Decalcified bone marrow core biopsy
