Collection recommendations based on age. Patients with low Absolute Lymphocyte Count may require a larger volume of blood to be collected.

<3 months:  1 mL
3 months - 5 years:  2 mL
6 -18 years:  3 mL
>18 years:  10 mL

Samples must be kept at room temperature.

Specimen must be collected Mon-Thurs between 10am-2pm and received in laboratory by 3pm.
