Includes calculation of Estimated Average Glucose(eAG) using the equation: eAG mg/dL = [28.7 X HbA1C]-46.7. There is no reference range associated with the calculation. The calculation cannot be performed when the HbA1C concentration is outside the analytical measuring range. There is no charge for the calculation.
