Obtain container "A" from Central Distribution. Refrigerate specimen during collection. Patient should not eat seafood 48 hours prior to start of collection.


Iodine/Gadolinium for MRI's will interfere with testing. Specimen should be collected no earlier than 96 hours after iodine/gadolinium has been administered.
