  • Testing for dsDNA antibody is performed by indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) using the Crithidia luciliae substrate. Serum samples are screened at a 1:10 dilution.
  • Results are reported as negative or positive. Positive sera are further tested with serial dilution to 1:640 titer.   Requests for >1:640 titer can be made by calling the lab at (984) 974-1815.
