Diagnostic Testing requires Hematopathology confirmation of active disease and a sample with high disease load.  Acceptable samples include: Fresh Bone Marrow Aspirate, peripheral blood, extracted DNA, FFPE scrolls or slides, or unstained bone marrow aspirate slides.  Please consult Hematopathologist for help in determining appropriate sample.

Follow-up Testing is only appropriate if a dominant sequence was identified on initial Immunoglobulin MRD Sequence Testing.  Acceptable specimens include fresh Bone Marrow Aspirate, peripheral blood.


Unacceptable samples include: FFPE block and decalcified bone marrow core biopsy.
