| Comments |
- CBC with Differential required for absolute counts. Must be drawn at the same time with the flow cytometry specimen in a separate EDTA top tube.
- Sample to be drawn a minimum of 6 hours after conclusion of drug administration
- Testing will not be performed on any sample with an Absolute Lymphocyte Count (ALC) of 0.0 and will be reported as Quantity Not Sufficient (QNS)
