BRAF V600 (ddPCR) Mutation Analysis

Specimens with 5-10% malignant cells are considered at the discretion of a lab director.

Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded Tissue:

1. Ten unstained paraffin sections (5-10 µm thick) plus one H&E stained slide (>10% malignant cells in >2mm² area)
2. Unfixed marrow aspirate smears or biopsy touch preps are acceptable if >10% neoplastic cells.
