Sterile plastic (polystyrene) screw cap tube containing sterile medium.  These containers may be obtained from the Cytogenetics laboratory (984)974-1790 upon request.

Deliver sample to the Cytogenetics Laboratory within 24 hours. 
 
Call the Cytogenetics Lab at 984-974-1790 with questions.
Use sterile technique and close all containers tightly.  Label all containers with patient name, medical record number, date collected, and physician's name.
