Adverse drug events in pediatric patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) receiving pegaspargase doses >3750 units per dose
I chose to pursue residency training at UNC because of the breadth of clinical rotations, high quality teaching and research opportunities, focus on mentorship, and emphasis on becoming a leader in patient care. The integration of clinical pharmacy services into multidisciplinary health care teams in diverse inpatient and outpatient settings allows residents to grow as well-rounded clinicians. Most importantly, the UNC pharmacy leadership team strives to create a positive and enthusiastic environment, individualize the experience for each resident, and encourage healthy work-life balance. I am thrilled to be a part of the UNC pharmacy family!
